Minoxidil Bailleul 2% is a medicine used for the treatment of moderate hair loss (androgenetic alopecia) in men or women. It dilates the blood vessels in the scalp to bring more nutrients to the follicles, prolongs the life of the hair and awakens dormant follicles.
Less strong than the 5%, it irritates the skin less and is well suited to men starting treatment or to women.
The official recommended dosage for topical Minoxidil Bailleul is two applications per day (one in the morning and one in the evening) of a dose of 1 ml applied directly to a perfectly dry scalp.
